Org chart and reporting lines

Sidebar›Org Chart shows your organization's reporting lines as a tree. Everyone can view it.

Use the chart

• Search by name or designation to find a person.
• Each card shows a name, designation and role, connected by a line to the person's manager.
• Expand or collapse anyone's reports, zoom in and out, or reset the zoom.

How reporting lines are built

The chart comes from each person's Reports To field. If Person A reports to Person B, B appears directly above A.

Set someone's manager

   Open the person from Users and select Edit

   Choose their manager in Reports To

   Select Update User, then open Org Chart to check the connection
