Project health score
Every project starts at 100 points for the selected period, and loses points for warning signs:

| Project status is On Hold | −15 points |
| Blocked tasks in the period | −5 per blocked task, up to −25 points |
| Pending daily updates at the end of the period | −3 per missing assignment, up to −20 points |
Health bands

| Healthy | 80 or more |
| Watch | 60 to 79 |
| At risk | Below 60 |
The Admin dashboard's Needs Attention list and Project Health Overview use the same signals, with labels such as On Track and At Risk.
Update compliance
For each calendar day in the selected period (up to 31 days), every person-and-project assignment counts as one expected update. Compliance is submitted updates divided by expected updates. Pending days counts the days where at least one assigned project update was missing.
