Update compliance measures whether people submit the daily updates they're expected to. It appears on the Admin dashboard and in Reports.
How it's calculated
- Expected: one update per person, for each project they're assigned to, for each day in the period. Every calendar day counts, including weekends, up to 31 days.
- Submitted: the updates actually submitted.
- Compliance = Submitted ÷ Expected, as a percentage. The target is 80%.
- Pending days: days with at least one missing update.
Where you'll see it
- Dashboard (Admins): the Update Compliance trend and the People Missing Updates card.
- Reports › Projects: the Update Compliance card and chart.
- Reports › People: a compliance table for each active Member, with Expected, Submitted, Compliance and Pending Days.
